I was born in Brazil and moved to northern California in 2001. I have lived a very active lifestyle from an early age, playing soccer, working out, and lifting weights. My personal journey with weight-training and subsequent injuries motivated me to seek more knowledge and understanding of the human body. In 2016, I decided to change careers and follow my passion as a Certified Personal Trainer.
